A woman made a pilgrimage of Tulln with her two dogs over the Jakobsweg in the direction of Upper Austria. On June 11 at around 10 a.m., the owner fell at the Traunfall near Rüstorf and lost the belt of her bitch “Cura”. The four -legged friend was in a panic in the dense forest, the second bitch turned around again after a short time. But “Cura”, who had bought a hundred bag with a belt, continued and was gone.
Searching lasted a total of eleven days
The owner camped in a mini tent in the forest for nine days to find her “Cura”. Eventually she drove to Wens to her mother to relax. Various teams from the Rescue of the Redding Austria from Pitzenberg near Schwanenstadt were looking for a total of eleven days before the missing bitch, said operations manager Manfred Waldl.
On Sunday a walker found “Cura” by chance, and she could finally be combined with her overjoyed “Frauerl”. The reunion was huge!
