On the early Thursday evening, a fallen heat oil trailer in Bregenz caused a decent traffic chaos. Fortunately there were no injuries and the environment was not damaged either.
Around 17.50 a driver drove his car on the highway of Bregenz and promoted about 900 liters of heating oil on a trailer. The trailer was destroyed in the winding descent and blocked the entire road. Because the tank was damaged, escaped heating oil also and flowed into a nearby road drain.
The Brandbrigade has set up a so -called oil separator within a short time, which can prevent damage to the environment.
Massive traffic jam
Due to the mountains and clean -up work, the Exit van Begenz highway had to be closed for all traffic from 5.45 pm. Until 7.40 pm a huge traffic jam was the result.
