A company close to ex-Commerzialbank boss Martin Pucher has now gone bankrupt.
Another bankruptcy has now occurred in connection with the bankruptcy of Commerzialbank. As KSV1870 reports, Mattersburg-based “Deranis” Gaststättenbetriebs-GmbH filed for bankruptcy proceedings on Thursday. The company was founded in 1993 and was active in the catering industry. The company’s shareholders were Ernst Z., a long-time member of the supervisory board of Commerzialbank, and the wife of former bank boss Martin Pucher. The director of “Deranis” was a daughter of Pucher.
Bankruptcy leads to bankruptcy
The current bankruptcy is also related to the banking scandal. It is said that in the course of the criminal investigation, all of the debtor’s assets, especially the bank balance, were seized. As a result, one is no longer able to pay due debts. The end of the “Deranis” no longer has a major impact. The company no longer has any employees and no longer carries out any activities. At the time the application was submitted, it was already closed. The debt amounts to 15,000 euros. There are three creditors.
