The Styrian-Bavarian Chip and sensor manufacturer AMS-OSRAM had a negative net result of 785 million euros in 2024, after minus 1,613 billion euros a year earlier. Turnover also admitted 5 percent to 3,428 billion euros. The adapted gross result also fell by 5 percent and landed at 984 million euros.
The net debt rose by eight percent to EUR 1,413 billion. The surgical cash flow received 12 percent to EUR 435 million. The company said on Tuesday in a broadcast that in 2024 they had a positive free cash flow and cost savings about the plan. Moreover, a better turnover was achieved in the fourth quarter.
In the fourth quarter of 2024, sales fell by three percent to EUR 882 million a year. The net loss was reduced by 29 percent to minus 58 million euros.
Saved more than 100 million euros
