Falces and Positivo then presented one source in the board of Tafalla so that information about that vote was collected and counted. The voter submitted proof of mailing of the vote from the Polish post office on May 17, but the board rejected the appeal because the vote was not recorded as received.
Now FEP has filed a new appeal with the Central Electoral Councilwho could hear the case this Thursday and announce its decision on Friday.
