According to the JEC, Correos must “exercise extreme caution to ensure that the ballot envelopes can be delivered to the respective polling stations on voting day, within the time limits established by law.”
And in another resolution the arbitration body communicates to the provincial electoral councils that, as laid down in European regulations and included in the election call, “no Member State may officially make public its election results until voting has closed in the Member State whose voters last voted.”
