The investigating judge has agreed to this procedure at the request of the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Guardia Civil and in the context of the investigation he is leading into the complaint filed by Alberto González Amador, partner of the President of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso , against the head of the Public Prosecution Service for alleged disclosure of secrets resulting from the dissemination of information about the procedure for alleged tax fraud.
