The Coalition in Innsbruck City with the support of Communists in the city council has forced its residential buildings fantasies with the support of Communists. Fast successes are not to be expected.
Huge parts of the devoted arable land are still undeveloped in Innsbruck despite progressive soil seal. Yesterday there was a total property of 1.2 million square meters of arable land reserve in the city council. A building block has now been imposed on part of it, namely around a tenth, as announced by the red -green coalition with BM Johannes Anzengruber.
Development through forced tax
So 132,000 square meters for the respective landowners, a total of 23 in number, for the duration of the development of a new spatial planning concept, but no longer available for two years. The city wants to use time for negotiations on a best possible construction in its sentence. The opposition struggled as much as possible, but had to endure Anzengruber’s spot: he described the councils of the new Innsbruck as “Tursky”, and he advised the opposition to read more newspapers than they complained about “theft” and “shattering documents”.
