Teacher regret: “Can’t make it up”
“I could not tolerate the entire media chicane that was directed against me. I made a mistake, but I should not have been crucified. I was lynched. I apologized, but I couldn’t make it up,” said the man who always criticized the legal government in Rome.
Letter to Meloni before trying suicide
For his attempted suicide, the teacher had contacted the daily newspaper “Roma” in an open letter and asked for a clarifying conversation with Prime Minister Meloni. “I ask you to meet me, if possible, so that I can look into your eyes and apologize,” the teacher wrote.
