The FPö politician Dagmar Belakovich caused a scandal in the National Council. When the Neos Club chairman Yannick Shetty Net reported about his experiences in Ukraine, the liberties caused a stem with topics. Now the pinks ask for political consequences.
The NEOs require the dismissal of the deputy FPö Club chairman Belakovich. The opportunity is Monday, when Shetty told about mass graves in Butsha and talks to parents of kidnapped children – reported the “Kroon”. According to the protocol Belakovich called: “You had a lot of fun, right?” And received an order call for it.
As a result, ÖVP Club chairman August Wöginger briefly lost the version. He replied, “No, that’s not fun!” Then there was unrest in the hall. The call “What kind of people are you?” was heard.
Neos-Man has anger speech
Shetty stopped briefly with the desk and then continued: “Dear Mr. or Madam, I don’t know what the FPö has been cut here. No, we had no pleasure with it when we looked at it. We did that to get an idea. And I tell you that I am embarrassed to make it and spread the best propaganda.”
Political consequences should now follow. “Everyone who is slaughter has no place in Austrian domestic politics,” says the deputy Neos Club chairman Martina Künsberg Sarre. Such derailments damaged the reputation of Austria and spotted the victims of the Russian aggression war.
Brandstätter wants to respond from Kickl
The Pink EU parliamentary delegation leader Helmut Brandstätter also criticized Belakovich: “Everyone who prevents this risks not only a huge reputation damage on an international stage, but also wants to insulate our country at a time when we are more dependent on strong European partnerships”.
Brandstätter called for a distance from FPö -Baas Herbert Kickl and asked him to “attract clear consequences”.
