However, there was a national arrest warrant to make her available to the TS for the very purpose of taking her statement, given the legal impossibility of continuing the proceedings against her without first hearing her.

After turning herself in, Llarena has also agreed to “revoke the search, arrest and presentation ordered against her”, although she has emphasized that she has an obligation to “appear as often as she is called”. .
