The first big surprise of this World Cup in Qatar was Saudi Arabia’s victory over Argentina in the first match of Group C. Al-Shehri and Salem Al-Dawsari turned the score around at the start of the second half after a goal from Messi from to a penalty at first.
But surely the great architect of this comeback is the coach of the Saudis, Herve Renard. The former French soccer player and coach gave a big motivational speech to his players in which a few moments were revealed.
Renard harangues his team asking them “if they came to take a photo with Messi” or if they did not think it was possible to return after seeing the Argentine players “relaxed”. A big row that managed to revive the Arabs so that they ended in the first big surprise of this World Cup.
