Real Betis make the signing of Bartra official

Real Betis announced this monday afternoon the signing of Marc Bartrawhich came with a letter of independence from Trabzonspor Turco and signed with the Verdiblanco team, initially, for one season only, until June 2024.

Marc BartraThe 32-year-old has already played four and a half seasons with the Betic team, which he joined from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018 for around ten million euros. Last summer Betis transferred him to Turkish Trabzonspor for 1.5 millionmore variables, which allowed the Verdiblanco club to release up to 7.5 million in salary, signing a three-year contract with the Turkish team at a rate of 2.5 million euros net per season.

However, due to Trabzonspor’s financial problems, Bartra has only been playing for the Turkish team for one yearwhere he was one of the most outstanding players last season, and a few weeks ago he ended his contract.

The Betic central defender returned after passing through the Turkish Trabzonspor, a team where he played 32 games and scored 4 goals, being present in the best eleven of the competition.
