This is the money Jon Rahm pocketed in his LIV debut

Camaleón Golf Course in Playa del Carmen (Mexico) hosts this week the first tournament of the 2024 season of LIV Golf (Arab Super League)a tournament that distributed a prize of 25 million dollars, 20 reserved for the individual classification and five for the three best teams in the tournament.

The check for the winner of the tournament amounts to four million dollars. The second place winner will take home a cash prize of $2,250,000. While the reward for third is $1,500,000.

As for the team classification, the first three finishers will receive the prize. Three million dollars will be distributed to the four players of the winning team, one and a half million for the four members of the team that finishes in second position and half a million for the players of the team that finishes in third.

So, Jon Rahm, In his Mayakoba debut, he deposited 2,250,000 dollars in his bank account, 1,500,000 for his third place and 750,000 for the victory (the 3 million was shared among 4 players) for the victory of his team.
