Pedro Martínez Losa is on the radar Olympique de Lyon. The Spanish coach, who now holds the position of coach of the Scottish women’s team, would have been contacted by the French club, but from Scotland they assure that he told them that he is committed to the project. He arrived in 2021 and signed a contract until 2027.
Goalkeeper Lee Gibson, ahead of Scotland’s double qualifying match against Israel, said: “He spoke to the team and told us that this is football and speculation always surrounds coaches. He reiterated that he is committed to it and we have clarity, so going forward, we are fully focused on the job at hand.”
When asked if the Madrid coach has made it clear to the team that he wants to be the coach who takes the team to the European Championship, Gibson replied: “Yes.”
