Pioneering agreement to support pregnant footballers

FUTPRO, majority women’s football union in our country and LogikClinic, a clinic specializing in elite athletes for their preparation or recovery, joins an unprecedented initiative within the sports union sector to provide prenatal and postnatal treatments to pregnant players of soccer. This agreement, which is unique of its kind, underlines the commitment of both entities to the health and welfare of female footballers, covering up to the 3rd category of the RFEF.

FUTPRO, a union formed by football players and dedicated exclusively to female athletes, has a unique gender perspective that allows them to identify and respond to the specific needs of female players. A deep understanding of the challenges that women continue to face in sport is reflected in initiatives such as these, which not only ensure the comprehensive care of our athletes, but also challenge the

stereotypes and barriers that have historically limited the full development of women in the field of sports.

This pioneering agreement aims to show that motherhood and a sports career can go hand in hand with the right support, where FUTPRO will cover 30 treatment sessions before and after childbirth, designed to support the players in every stage of their motherhood.

For its part, LogikClinic, recognized for the highest quality comprehensive health services, will provide its experience and advanced technology to offer personalized treatments, both in person and online.

In addition to prenatal and postnatal treatments, LogikClinic offers a wide range of services including physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports nutrition, personalized training and post-injury recovery programs. These services are available to both high-performance athletes and the general public, guaranteeing personalized and innovative care that combines the experience of health and sports professionals with the latest technology.
