What is most interesting for the teams refers to the machines and that they will relieve the teams from the many reliability problems they experience and from which no ‘motorist’ has escaped. LThe FIA ​​announced that it will allow teams to exchange power units at parc fermé for newer versions they have introduced in their engine pool for the season. Furthermore, they added that temporary repairs to power units will be allowed

The FIA ​​has updated the rules governing the limits of cars on tire tests, lThe bending test of the main plane of the posterior wing and of the flexibility of the ‘beam wings’ and the fuel will be allowed to cool to 20 ° C in the hottest races. The reference temperature will be taken one hour before the session. I know too updating regulations regarding mirrors to allow greater visibility in the rear

Another change that will take effect from the British GP this weekend is that the official schedule of pre -event activities for drivers will take place in two -hour increments, 23 hours before the scheduled start of Free Practice 1, that is, Media Day will be revoked every Thursday.

On the other hand, from the FIA ​​they guarantee that there will be “an update on the progress of the electricity unit regulations in 2026, which will be finalized and presented before the next World Council meeting”.
