Microsoft suffered this Wednesday a drop that it affected several of its services; like like Outlook and Teams. Xbox Live, Microsoft Store, and Microsoft 365 are also having issues since 8:30am.
As the company has announced, they are investigating a network problem that affected multiple services. Microsoft has not disclosed how many users are affected by the outage.
The Web downdetector.es tracks outages by collecting feed status reports, including user-submitted bugs on your platform.
“We have identified a potential network issue and are reviewing telemetry to determine next troubleshooting steps,” Microsoft said in a tweet.
During the outage, most users were unable to exchange messages, participate in calls, or use features of the Teams app. Many users have taken to Twitter to share updates about the service outage with #MicrosoftTeams as trending on social networking sites.
