The DGT reminds of the different rules for riding a bicycle and scooter

Date:

In 2020, 8 deaths were recorded while driving this type of vehicle, of which 7 on urban roads and 1 on interurban roads, roads where its use is prohibited

Passenger cars, as laid down in the General Vehicle Regulations, are
one or more wheels with a single seat and powered solely by electric motors capable of providing the vehicle with a maximum design speed between 6 and 25 km/h. They can only be equipped with a seat or saddle if they are equipped with a self-balancing system. This definition excludes vehicles for people with reduced mobility.

And to find out which rules users of this type of vehicle must adhere to during their city trips and do so safely, the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) has made a video. In 2020, 8 deaths were recorded while driving this type of vehicle, 7 of which were on urban roads and 1 on interurban roads, where its use is prohibited.

Different traffic rules apply to these types of vehicles, such as bicycles or scooters. And the DGT displays everything via its Twitter account
you must move safely:

If you do not want to be fined, please note that you are not allowed to wear headphones and you cannot use your mobile or any other device while driving. Just like you can’t exceed the speed limits or blood alcohol limits (including 0.0 for minors). The drivers are subject to the same maximum alcohol percentages allowed by the road safety law, as well as the prohibition to drive with the presence of drugs in the body.
