It is not the first time that the 42-year-old family man from the Mostviertel in Lower Austria has been brought to trial. His criminal record is comparable to the crimes that have now forced him into the dock in St. Pölten: he allegedly sexually assaulted several young boys. “Do you know what that does to a child?” The presiding judge was not alone in being shocked by the allegations of serious sexual abuse of minors and pornographic depictions of minors. Multiple boys abused
This time, according to the indictment, he allegedly forced several boys, aged 12 and 13, into sexual acts between 2010 and 2021. “Yes, he has a preference for young boys,” the defense admitted at the beginning of the hearing. The father of the family pleaded innocent.
Chat history, photos and videos protected
Relevant criminal records, on the other hand, paint a different picture. Just like the existing chat histories and interrogations of the young victims. Faced with the allegations, he sought apologies during the trial at the St. Pölten Regional Court. He mainly came into contact with the boys via Snapchat or WhatsApp. But he didn’t know they were still minors. The evidence proved him wrong. Just like the more than 4,500 child pornography files with photos and videos – including some of the victims – that have been secured of the suspect. In this regard, the 42-year-old confessed.
