Embarrassing Blunder – “Where’s Jackie?” Biden is looking for dead politician

Date:

A strange appearance from Joe Biden sparks speculation about his health again. In a speech to members of Congress, the US president asked about politician Jackie Walorski. ‘Jackie, are you here? Where’s Jackie? “I think she should be here,” Biden told his audience. The 79-year-old had apparently forgotten that Walorski had died in a car accident…

The embarrassing blunder was committed Wednesday by the oldest president in US history during a White House conference on hunger, nutrition and health. Biden said in a statement after Walorski’s death he was “shocked and saddened”. “She was respected by members of both parties for her work,” Biden said at the time.

Speaker: “She was at the top of his mind”
Biden spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre said the president mentioned Walorski’s name at the conference because he was thinking of the late MP. “He thought of you when he called out the names of the lawyers in Congress on this really, very important matter.” Biden will also receive Walorski’s family at the White House on Friday. “She was at the top of his mind.”

Doubts About Biden’s Mental Abilities
Despite the protests, the incident is likely to spark critics of the president who have cast doubt on the 79-year-old’s mental abilities. Biden has long been known for slips and blunders. The Democratic Party politician could run for a second term in the 2024 presidential election, when he would be 81 years old.
