More than € 10,000 in damage – burglars visited the house of a Tyrolean family

Date:

Unknown burglars had mischief in the Tyrolean Unterland on Friday: The perpetrators gained access to a family home in Radfeld (Kufstein district) and stole money and jewelry. The damage is enormous. In order not to make it too easy for brutal (twilight) burglars, a few tips should be observed.

According to the police, the perpetrators struck between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Friday. They forced their way into the home and then searched the entire property.

More than 10,000 euros in damage
“The suspects were able to steal cash and various valuables. The damage is a low five-figure dollar amount, the detectives say. So far there is no trace of the perpetrators.

The management is now hoping for possible witnesses or suspicious sightings.

Information to the Kramsach police inspection on telephone number 059 133/7213.

Warning against twilight burglars
Every year in the fall, the police warn of ‘gloomy’ burglars. “The perpetrators use the early twilight – the times of the crime are usually between 4 and 6 pm. You know that many people are not home at this time. It is often made too easy for burglars: the perpetrators often take tilted windows or non- closed doors as an “invitation”.

Aim for cash and valuables
The perpetrators mainly target cash, jewelery or other valuables. It is therefore advisable to keep valuables in a safe and not to have large amounts of cash at home.
