The twelve-year-old was actually only allowed to receive his parents for a visit. But on Tuesday evening, the couple – a 45-year-old Serb and a 42-year-old Austrian – decided to take a drastic step: they quickly put their child in the car and drove off.
Special unit deployed successfully
At 9:40 p.m., the Youth Care Agency alerted the police, who immediately launched a large-scale search. The car with the three occupants was also searched for in Styria and eventually found.
