Tragic accident on Monday in East Tyrol: A 21-year-old motorcyclist came from the street in St. Jakob in Deferegen and crashed against a wall with full force. First aid programs reacted immediately – the young man, however, still collapsed at his serious injuries at the scene of the accident.
The terrible accident took place around 11.15 am. The 21-year-old German traveled with his motorcycle on the L25 Deferegger Landesstraße in the direction of the staller tattel when he ran from the right side of the road in a sharp left curve. There he crashed against an adjacent natural stone wall with full force, he said.
All help came too late for motorcyclists
“Various relegated road users immediately provided first aid and had an emergency call. Despite the resolved resuscitation measures, the 21-year-old collapsed on his injuries on the spot,” the police report.
Two -hour roadblock
Due to the use, the L25 was completely blocked for two hours. The Medical Helicopter C7, the salvation, another emergency doctor, the St. Jakob fire brigade and the police with different stripes were deployed.
