Labor unions CCOO And UGT and the employer CEOE-Cepyme signed the New Employment and Collective Bargaining Agreement (AENC), which provides for a wage increase of 4% in 2023 and 3% in 2024 and 2025, as well as a 1% inflation-based revision clause.
