With his new exhibition “The best of all worlds” he shows the diabolical dependencies we get into when we pay more attention to constructed realities than to immediate reality.
“In this world much is paradisiacal and much satanic. Which forces win depends on which force we let ourselves be carried away by. Everyone decides for themselves – hopefully without selling their belongings,” says Wolfgang Horwath. The direction in which our world is currently developing worries the well-known artist from Buchschachen. Above all, he finds the hype around artificial intelligence and modern communication dangerous.
