To boost his sex life, a Tyrolean illegally ordered sexual enhancers from Poland. However, the shipment was intercepted by customs and a fine was imposed. The administrative court did not find the excuse for the following complaint credible.
What do you do when you really can’t go to bed anymore? Visiting a doctor to legally get a prescription was, of course, too embarrassing for a Tyrolean.
So the man came up with the crazy idea to illegally order a pack of sexual enhancers from a shady supplier in Poland. In the domestic postal distribution center, however, customs were already lurking and fished out the ten pieces of Cenforce-100 (active substance Sildenafil). This was punishable as an administrative offense with a fine of 200 euros or an alternative prison sentence of 20 days. In particular because of the violation of the Austrian pharmaceutical import law.
Vocation: “Never ordered medicine!”
However, the Tyrolean appealed to the Tyrolean administrative court and wrote: “I have never ordered medicines over the Internet in my life!” It was inexplicable to him how this order came about in his name and at his address. In addition, there is no settlement via Paypal or credit card.
However, the State Administrative Court ruled: “This argument is not suitable to exonerate him (complainant’s note).” It is not assumed that the sender acted on his own initiative. The fine of 200 euros was thus confirmed, plus a further 40 euros to be paid for the costs of the complaint procedure. In general, it should be known that such orders are not allowed.
Such means are common in customs seizures
The Tyrolean is, of course, only a “little fish” for customs: only in January 45,000 packs of sexual enhancers were seized in the cargo center at Vienna-Schwechat airport. It was 150 boxes from India, weighing almost three tons. Currently, several sexual enhancers are at the forefront of drugs seized by customs.
