incident involving an ambulance
A lot of money for the refugee, whose only income consists of 310 euros basic security and 110 euros, which he earns through community work at Caritas. The 41-year-old is charged with an incident in an ambulance in May. With a head injury and heavily drunk, the Somali is first found in the Bludesch refugee house. Rescue services and police have been alerted. However, the attempt to take the Schluckspecht to the hospital met with strong resistance from the patient.

As the paramedic tries to tie him up, the Somali comes to life and hits him on the head. And the cop rushing to help gets his fat in the form of an uppercut. Eventually, with joint efforts, it was possible to take the Somali to the LKH Rankweil, where doctors finally determined that the patient had a record alcohol level of almost four per thousand.

Witnesses tell
During the trial, the accused admitted to drinking a liter of vodka that day. However, he can’t remember what happened that night, so he doesn’t know if he’s guilty, partially guilty, or even innocent. However, after hearing the witnesses, the judge is sure that the incident took place exactly as formulated in the criminal complaint.

The Somali finally apologizes for the trouble he has caused the others and promises that he will not be guilty of anything from now on. The verdict is not yet legally binding.
