Someone must have been drinking from thirst: a Tyrolean woman (22) got behind the wheel of her car on Thursday evening, heavily drunk. After mowing down several marker posts and crashing into a wall, among other things, only a damaged tire could stop the woman. A blessing in disguise: no one was hurt.
This car ride was a very crazy idea – and it will cost the young Tyrolean very dearly. Shortly before midnight, the 22-year-old was driving her car on B171 Tiroler Straße from Wörgl towards Kirchbichl when she first mowed down a traffic barrier near a traffic island.
Hit wall after roundabout
The woman was not impressed by this and just drove on. After a few hundred meters a real crash followed. When leaving a roundabout towards the center of Kirchbichl, her car hit a wall and – rightly so: drove on again.
At the community center, the 22-year-old eventually drove over a traffic island and again mowed down two bollards before the car suddenly stopped after 100 meters. “Due to damage to the left front tire, the woman was unable to continue her journey,” the police said.
Drunk – driver’s license taken away
Witnesses alerted the police. They then discovered that the 22-year-old was heavily intoxicated. “The driver’s license has been confiscated,” investigators said. There was significant damage to the car. The woman herself was unharmed. Appropriate advertisements will follow.
