The golden age of gastronomy: they are long gone. Johann Zeiner from St. Andrä-Wördern, just outside the federal capital, can also sing a song about this. He has been the owner of the Burgherrenrestaurant in the Tulln district for 22 years and on good days he and his wife still ‘shoot’ around 200 lunches from the kitchen. It goes without saying that so many portions, including starters, desserts and drinks, should be served.
