Deliberate attack – the year-old child really wanted to go to jail

Many roads lead to Rome. That also applies to prison – and that is exactly where the drunken birthday child wanted to be at the time, at the end of March. And to make sure this wish comes true, the 52-year-old from Lower Austria came up with a few ideas.

Only a partial success after a lavish birthday party
After a wild birthday party in a bar in Hohenems, the woman tries to hitchhike on the way home. When a driver stops, she tells him several times that she wants to be arrested. Whereupon he calls the police. After the arriving officers see no reason to arrest her, the drunk woman tries to use violence to reach her destination. And so she attacks the law enforcement officers tooth and nail – a partial success for the birthday child. Because a crime has now been committed, the woman is arrested.

‘Prison Addict’ shows what she thinks of the police
However, the happiness does not last long. When she is released a few hours later, the circus begins again. The situation finally comes to a head when she refuses to take the breathalyzer test. Instead, the ‘prison addict’ masturbates in front of the district inspector to show him what she thinks about the test and the police: ‘I usually do it with my right hand. Today with the left,” she says to the police officer. He doesn’t think much about it, immediately turns around and writes the ad.

Now the rampant woman must answer in court for resisting state authority, serious bodily harm and sexual harassment. This is Judge Thomas Hofer’s second attempt to bring the woman to justice; the first time she didn’t show up. And this time too, the process must be postponed. The reason: The woman indicates that she cannot undergo a test due to a root canal treatment.
