‘Chancellor’ clear: – ‘Employees quit due to management problems’

Date:

Problems or complaints in a company are often due to misconduct or poor leadership at the top. Successful entrepreneur, business podcaster and keynote speaker Philipp Maderthaner has published his latest book ‘Lead or be led’. In the krone.tv talk he talks about the great importance of a leader.

A clear vision is the compass that determines the course of a company. Leaders must be able to develop an inspiring vision and convey it convincingly. A shared focus on clear goals not only promotes employee motivation, but also creates a foundation for long-term success.

“The fish is starting to stink at the head.”
But Maderthaner is certain that managers often take on their new tasks completely unprepared. “Many people who have a problem with their manager are thinking about quitting their job within 12 months,” says former adviser to ex-chancellor Sebastian Kurz.
