A 92-year-old was drunk late on Saturday evening in St. Martin am Tennengebirge (Salzburg). Suddenly he drove into oncoming traffic and crashed into the car of an 18-year-old from Hallein. Their young passenger and the eldest were taken to hospital with injuries.

An 18-year-old from Hallein was driving there with a 12-year-old as a passenger. The driver (18) and the person who caused the accident (92) were injured in the collision, some seriously.
The two drivers were taken to the Cardinal Schwarzenberg Clinic in Schwarzach. The 92-year-old man who caused the accident is said to have arrived at the scene of the accident drunk. The Red Cross could not perform an alcohol test, but suggested a blood test.
