By Hego Euskal Herria, the labor market generated 52,500 jobs in 2023: 47,700 in the Basque Autonomous Community (CAV) and 4,800 in Navarra. These data represent an increase compared to 2022 of 5.02 and 1.62 points respectively.
According to the Active Population Survey (EPA), published on Friday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE), compared to the previous quarter of 2023, 22,200 jobs (2.28%) have been created in the CAVMeanwhile in Navarre 1,200 jobs were lost (-0.40%).
The entire Basque Autonomous Community has one Working people of 997,000, while Navarre has 297,800 employees.
