A 21-year-old woman from Innviertel is now being asked to pay because she happens to have the same name as a third-party debtor. The court rejected her lawyer’s objections to the unjustified demand for money. The legal decision is now legally binding.
“We were overwhelmed when we saw the decision of the Ried Regional Court. Our daughter comes and kisses hands completely innocently. She has to pay for something that has nothing to do with her just because she happens to have the same name as someone else. This is incomprehensible to us – we find it extremely unfair,” say parents Sandra and Bernhard S. from Raab indignantly.
Unfortunately, there is no longer an option to appeal the decision. The regional court Ried/I. decided at second instance.
