The 30-year-old was knocked down and then kicked as he lay on the ground. The victim had to be taken to hospital with multiple facial fractures. His alleged attacker, who had fled, was captured by police at his apartment a short time later. According to media reports, the Office for the Protection of the Constitution has also become involved in the investigation.
