The Styrian police have committed a supercoup: last week in Raaba near Graz, three Romanian citizens were caught breaking into a house and arrested. In addition to Styria, the trio are also accused of crimes in Burgenland, Vienna and Bavaria (Germany). The damage amounts to more than 100,000 euros. All three are being held in Graz-Jakomini Prison.

Theft from 2011 cleared up
Officials from the theft investigation department were able to show that the trio committed two thefts and one burglary on the night of March 17 alone. In the ongoing investigations, the police officers also managed to clear up three thefts from 2011 (Ungersdorf, Fürstenfeld, Graz) and one theft in Jormannsdorf (Burgenland). The 32-year-old and 20-year-old were also found to have broken into a family home in Vienna.
Actions in Germany also proven
The 32-year-old, who has previous convictions in Romania, Germany, Slovakia and Italy, is also strongly suspected of committing four other burglaries in Bavaria.
