It was supposed to be an idyllic walk with her family, but for Chloe Jervis, the Edale outing suddenly took a dramatic turn. When two rams approach her on a hill, she increases the pace. But eventually more animals gave chase – the British woman, visibly a little scared, finally picked up speed.
The victim of the persecution trembled with fear
But the flock of sheep also accelerated and chased the young woman down the slope. Only then could she laugh about the incident. However, during the chase she “trembled” with fear. “I had been climbing a mountain all day,” she told Daily Mail, adding that she was already exhausted when the herd ran after her. “I didn’t think it could get any worse.”
She now finds the incident “hilarious,” as she further reported. She only wonders why the sheep did not attack her mother, who was standing behind her. “I must have been more attractive than my mother,” Chloe concluded.
