The German police are still in the dark in the search for the missing Arian (6) in the north of Lower Saxony (see video above). There is no new information, a spokesperson said on Sunday. It is feared that the boy may have fallen into the Oste River.
Previous information was being processed piecemeal, it was said. The autistic boy was reported missing on April 22. Police currently believe he left his home alone. There is no evidence of a crime. Among other things, it is believed that Arian may have fallen into the Oste River.
Five people work on the case
Immediately after the disappearance, authorities launched searches with hundreds of emergency services. They searched day and night for a week for the six-year-old, sometimes with dogs, horses, helicopters, drones, a tornado plane, but also boats and diving equipment.
The police stopped the active search on Tuesday and a team of five people have been working on the case since then. According to the company’s own information, investigations are underway in all directions.
