The motoring clubs ARBÖ and ÖAMTC have made concrete suggestions in this regard. Now the Ministry of Justice has spoken out. But only some people will be happy with the answer.
As reported, the scam in enforcing property interference claims is becoming increasingly widespread across Austria. And it’s almost unbelievable how much money people have to pay for small, short-term mistakes, like turning around or driving/stopping on a road for a few seconds or minutes. This fraud must be put to an end by the legislature. But does that also happen?
