It could be proven that a 21-year-old Tunisian made 21 smuggling trips from Hungary to Germany. He had to answer for this on Tuesday with his compatriot (31), who traveled with him three times, at the regional court of Linz.
As members of a criminal organization, both had transported dozens of refugees from July until their arrest on October 4, 2023. According to the accusation, those who were towed also suffered during transportation.
