A 45-year-old from Hartkirchen was summoned for questioning by the Rohrbach district police detective team at 2 p.m. Monday for drug-related offenses. During the interrogation, which was conducted in the presence of his lawyer, the officers noticed signs of drug addiction.

When asked that he had driven his car to the office earlier, he admitted after initial hesitation that he was a regular cannabis user and that he had last smoked marijuana the night before.
During the subsequent clinical examination by the police doctor, unfitness to drive was determined. His driver’s license was taken from him and a police report was filed.
