A 44-year-old German woman is getting a high price for her panic attack in late May in Feldkirch. She was sentenced by the regional court of Feldkirch to a partial fine of 8,400 euros for trespass and dangerous threats.
“I am not aware of any guilt and do not accept the verdict,” the previously innocent woman made clear on Wednesday immediately after the verdict was announced in the trial. The victim’s accusations are more like the fabricated story of a social parasite. The 44-year-old reported this after an incident in May due to trespassing and dangerous threats.
The background to the suspect’s unannounced and equally unpleasant visit was the parallel life of the boyfriend, who not only had a relationship with the victim, but had also been having an affair with the German woman for a year. “He lied to me, cheated on me and took advantage of me financially, like a Christmas goose,” says the cuckold. That was also the reason why she showed up at the apartment of the 47-year-old girlfriend. ‘I just wanted to confront him and get the money back.’
There could be no question of a break-in. The alleged victim invited her into the apartment with a welcoming gesture. But it turns out that the unfaithful person is neither present nor reachable by telephone. And so the two women get into an argument. Especially after the suspect initially refuses to leave the apartment. Only the mediation attempts of her cousin, who has been brought along as reinforcement, have any effect.
She was insulted as antisocial and gypsy
While the suspect sticks to her earlier version, the victim describes the dramatic scenes of the evening somewhat differently. “She wanted to talk to my girlfriend. When I said he wasn’t there, she tried to force the door open and called me antisocial and a gypsy. I threatened her with the police, then she threatened to beat me up.”
Since the incident, not only she, but also her 14-year-old son, who was present at the time, has suffered enormous psychological problems. That is why the victim representatives are demanding partial compensation totaling 660 euros. In the end, judge Lisa Pfeifer only found the horned affair guilty of violation. The nephew is acquitted of complicity. The victims are referred to civil law with their claims.
