On Saturday afternoon around 3:15 p.m., the 14-year-old Kosovar is said to have sneaked into a stable in Landeck and stabbed a cow twice with a knife. According to police, the animal suffered serious injuries.
Youngster escapes – manhunt
“A neighbor was able to spot the initially unknown teenager in the vicinity of the stables and chase her away by shouting loudly,” the researchers said. After the police were alerted, a search was launched.
Suspect arrested in Zams
A short time later, the 14-year-old suspected perpetrator was located and arrested in Zams. Further investigation into suspected animal abuse and violations of the Weapons Act is ongoing.
