The first trial on the amount of the mandatory part of the inheritance for Niki Lauda’s widow Birgit started on Tuesday in Vienna. The court must determine exactly how much this amount comes from the estate and foundation assets. During the negotiations it quickly becomes clear: everything is being done to postpone payment to the 45-year-old.
