Customers complain, among other things, about the sale of completely expensive devices. In one case, a so -called broken thermal bath suddenly went up in flames. Consumer protectors tried to inspect the company. Until now without success. The police are investigating for this.
In the summer of last year, a Viennese pensioner suddenly had no hot water in her apartment. She ordered an installation company to remedy. The employees came, checked and came to the conclusion that the device had to be exchanged. About ten times were charged for this.
The pensioner has to pay 3516 euros on the spot for a new immediate boiler. For a device that, according to lawyer Reinhold Schranz of the European Consumer Center (EVZ) costs between 200 and 300 euros. Because the woman did not have the money at home, the “installers” even went to the bank with her.
