That just went well in two ways: on Friday afternoon almost hundreds of beer boxes would have ended up on the southern highway. Only the Tarpaulin of the truck has prevented chaos on the A2. The fire brigade was able to “save” the rise.
Insufficient security was the cause of the fact that the tons of heavy freight had shifted to Wiener Neudorf. The truck had to stop at the gear strip. Three fire brigades were in use to manually process the beer boxes and to at least prepare the truck to drive so that it could leave the highway.
“A serious danger”
“Insufficient load protection is not only a serious danger to the steering wheel, but for all road users. Period of heavy traffic, especially in professional drawers and security is essential to prevent such dangerous situations,” warns operations manager Walter Wistermayer.
The emergency services were more than three hours on site, a kilometer long traffic jam in close afternoon traffic.
