An online date was doomed to a 20-year-old man in Vienna Hernals on Friday evening-it was the second home invasion within one day. The man had met a woman through a dating platform and invited her to him. But instead of being a romantic gathering, he was suddenly confronted with three attackers.
He had hoped for a tingling date – but what was waiting for him was anything but romantic. When the doorbell went in Vienna on Saturday evening, the man expected his appointment instead, the woman brought two unannastated guests. The 20-year-old soon realized that he was being tapped on the trio.
The perpetrators pulled out a knife, kept it in his neck and threatened him with death. The intruders demanded money and pushed their victim violently to the ground. While he was injured on the floor, the strangers searched the apartment for valuables – apparently without success.
Roommate suddenly came home
Then the magazine turned: the 38-year-old roommate of the victim came back home surprisingly early. Between him and the perpetrators there was a scrambling in which he suffered cuts in the hand. Eventually the attackers fled without prey.
Earlier they had removed the chat course on the victim’s mobile phone and also removed the woman’s profile to fade her spurs. The police are now investigating severe robbery and asking references to the three fleeting people.
Pensionist in the house was violently attacked
It was not until Friday morning that an 87-year-old retirement science fell victim to a violent attack. He was overwhelmed and abused by a stranger in front of his own door.
