Who among us has an ax in the car? Apparently a Welsh Croat who even waved it around in Bad Schallerbach and threatened an “adversary” after a failed maneuver.
At 2:15 PM, the 28-year-old Croat from Wels drove from Bad Schallerbach on the B134 in the municipality of Pichl near Wels in the direction of the A8 Innkreisautobahn. He drove behind the car of a 37-year-old from Bad Schallerbach. Apparently she was driving too slow for him and the 28-year-old wanted to catch up with her.
Because this overtaking attempt failed, the two drivers became angry, whereupon corresponding – so unfriendly – signs were exchanged. But that is not everything. The 28-year-old is said to have pulled an ax and showed it to the “adversary”.
The woman from Bad Schallerbach got the fright of her life and drove straight to the police. She had noted the license plate and 45 minutes later the Welser was found at her home by the police. The hoe was actually in the trunk of his car. A temporary firearms ban was issued against the man and he was generally reported.
