In Austria, 10,908 new corona infections have been reported in the past 24 hours (from 9.30 am on Saturday). Another 15 patients died. The number of patients in hospitals continues to rise.
So far there are 4,680,148 positive test results in Austria. On Saturday, 18,992 people with SARS-CoV-2 infection had died across Austria and 4,532,678 had recovered.
There are currently 1,511 people infected with the coronavirus in hospital treatment. Of these, 81 are in intensive care. Compared to the previous day, there are still 14 patients in the normal wards and one more in the intensive care unit.
